i have win 98..and all of a sudden it has started giving me problems with dial up networking…when i click my ie or netscape they come up and give errors and will not dial up..ie says cannot find server, netscape says network may be down, but they will not no longer call up my dial up screen…i can go into dial up networking and manually start my account and it connects fine, but then when i go into my ie or netscape i still get the same errors….i have checked it is not set to work offline,i have refreshed the screens, i have rebooted, i have removed the adapters protocols, etc… and re-installed, i have set up a new dial up account and made it the default, i have double checked my control panel settings and it shows to always dial up my default account….and i still get cannot find server…what can i do tho fix this???
