Dial Up Networking from WIndows 2000

We have recently installed Windows 2000 Advanced server on our RAS server. When WIn95 clients log in, they are fine, full access to everything. When a Win2000 client attempts to dial in, they are verified and authenticated, but have no access to anything. IPCONFIG shows an address, but nothing can be pinged, including the RAS server. Any thoughts?
