Dial-Up Server

Thanks for guiding me some of my question earlier and here is another…

I have a DSL connection, using router i can share my connection to the LAN I want to setup a Dial-up server here at my office. With this dial-up server my friend can dial my number and can connect also through the internet using dial-up.

Question:

1.What particular hardware or software that i need to done this?
2.How to Setup that particular hardware and software?
