Dialogic boards on Win2k

I have been using Dialogic dialogic/4 boards in NT, but have only one instance of using this board in W2K. Service, drivers etc. start, but application screen comes back with ‘….line unavailable for allocation at this time.’
Does anyone know of new drivers for this app, or any tricks to get this to run under W2K?
