DIALUP/DIAL BACK WITH WIN2000

I have tried to setup dialup networking in Windows 2000 with the dial back option, but has never worked. When the system dials back to my machine, it crashes. Is there something I might not be doing right. I have used this facility with windows 95 & 98, and it works perfect.
