difference b/w NTFS & fat 32 partition

suppose there are four partition one is on fat32(f drive) & other are on NTFS(“c drive”, “d drive”,”e drive”) and on c drive “OS” is win 98 so when we logon pc the “f drive” does not appear on it’s what’s the reason. or vice versa
