Different Desktops on WINDOWS 200

We have two offices with completely separate networks/domain names and subnets. When I logon to each domain I get different desktops. Is there an easy way to setup my WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL laptop to see the same desktop regardless of the networkthat I logon to?
