I recently upgraded to Windows 2000 and have updated all drivers and reinstalled all peripherals apart from my Kodak digital camera and docking station Easyshare CX4300. I get setup.exe generated error when inserting the easyshare software installation disk and it won’t install. I uninstalled all my printer, camera etc before i upgraded in the correct manner.
In My computer I have the usual A:, control panel etc but also a virtual drive called My digital camera which is classed as a system folder. when i click on it i get the contents of My computer plus it turns off the Start task bar!!
Also before upgrading when I inserted a disc into my CDrom then it would attempt to open as a jpeg which leads me to assume the digital camera was acting as a virtual cd drive??
It may appear really obvious to someone else what the problem is here but i am at a loss as to how i can reinstall my camera and eliminate the other small problems. Any advice would be appreciated.
