Ding-Bat deleted VMM32.vxd

I was receiving error message C:\windows\system\VMM32\intL3.vxd to either remove…..or reinstall….sooo, yup I went right in there not reading the message as meant to be & yes 1 click I deleted the VMM32.vxd file.
Well you know the results when this happens(I would give anything to see that error message again)Windows won’t boot I couldn’t even through DOS reformat.Also system doesnt recognize my CD.HELP PLEASE
