Disable CANCEL at windows98 family logon

I have setup a peer-to-peer home network and I am using microsoft family logon. You can select your logon name and enter the password for it and it will log the user in. However I can also press Cancel an it will let anyone in. Can I disable the cancel button in microsoft Family Logon.
