Disable concurrent connections in NT4.0

I know it works in Novell NW 4.11. A user ID can be configured so that multiple concurrent connections are disabled. Is it possible in windows NT 4.0
I want to make sure that a user is able to log into only one machine at a time with his unique user ID.
