Disabling Daemon Banner

Hi
I am interested to modify the strings that IMC Connector (Exchange 5.5) shows when another mail server connects (telnet to port 25).
The string looks like this:
220 HOST_NAME ESMTP Server (Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service 5.5
.2653.13) ready
I’d like to replace this with 220 HOST-READY (as you can see, my host name, mail server type, mail server version and sp levels are discolsed.
I’d like to do the same for WebShield SMTP (gateway antivirus from McAfee).

Anybody has any ideas? Same apply for IIS Web, ftp and so on…
