Disabling Incoming Connection

Hi,
Iam looking for a script that can disable my incoming connection at a scheduled time.
I have a incoming connection configured using my modem to access my office pc from home.
I want to run a script or some batch file that can disable my incoming connection
or remove a check mark from incoming connections properties of use this device to connect.
