I have a faculty base of 100+ users. Since they change classrooms, They could end up using two or three different computers during the day. Problem is, they forget to logout, and the lockout function comes on, preventing any other user from logging in unless the original person or the administrator provides the password. I usually end up doing the unlocking. I have not seen a way to do this, unless Im missing it in group policies. In the group policy, I already disabled the lock computer function, but this is being initiated by the computer , not the user. First correct answer gets the points, but thanks to all that reply.
