Disappearing Internet connections !

we have Windows 2000 Pro sp3 on our laptops and on a regular basis (but not everytime)a restart of the laptop will remove the internet dial-up connection. The connections was created for “all users” and I can find no indications on Technet as to howto go about fixing this

Any Ideas ?
