Disappearing network drives

Hi,
I have a client whose mapped drives every once in a while just disconnect.At first I thought it was just her 98 machine. But she now has a NEW 2000 machine and the problem has reoccured. Out of 12 users she is the only one with this problem.
Could the number of lincenses be the cause of the problem ?
