Disappearing PCs in Network Neighborhood

I have an NT4 and Win2000 servers with Win2000 Pro users. PCs and all added to single NT domain. Computers see each other in Network Neighborhood and works find for couple of months. Now in network neighborhood most computes are gone(disappearing). In server manager they are all there but grayed out. What’s wrong and how can I fix it?
