Disaster Recovery – Windows NT Server

I have Windows NT Server with some devices configured and working fine. I create an ERD (Emergency Repair Disk) monthly with rdisk command or everytime my system change and I backup the system folder (C:\winnt) weekly. Is it enough to a Disaster Recovery Strategy. I need to be sure that I can recovery my server.
