Disconnecting Network Drives

I would like to know how to disconnect network mapped drives.
There is a logon script that executes but the drive letters in the script do not match the letters on the local pc. I disconnected the drives and mapped new letters on a local pc. However, after rebooting the old mappings reconnected along with the new ones.
How can I disconnect the old mappings so that they will not reconnect?
