Display Adaptor? – AGP ATI 3d 128 VR

Recently formatted H/D and re-installed W98se. Now unable to use more than 16 colours or increase resolution. Motherboard is MS5191 and Display Adaptor assumed to be AGP ATI 3d 128 VR (Rage?). Have tried, but cannot locate correct driver. Can anyoneadvise, please?
