Display goes BLANK!

After around 15 to 25 minutes from switching on the PC, the display blanks to a black screen.

This happens at the command prompt too, as well as within windows.

I have tried different graphics cards and monitor, plus CPU is cool being only 450mhz.

Can anybody throw some light on this?
