Dissapearing Netware Printers from Win98

We have a problem with network printers just vanishing from windows 98 workstations on a Novell 4.11 Network. No warning just gone. In the printer folder all that remains is the “add printer” icon, nothing else. A simple reboot cures this anomole but we need to cure this correctly as our associates frequently print to these Netware printers. When a print job is sent to a Networked printer that is “not there” anymore the systems locks up and valuable time is waisted rebooting the unit not to mention the print job(s) lost. This occured only on a few units and is becoming more and more frequent among our Win98SE based machines. Anyone have any input on this or better yet a fix ?!?
