DLL Initialization Failed

On one of my member servers I am getting an error message that will not go away.

spoolss.exe – DLL initilization failed.

Initialization of the dynamic link library c:\winnt\system32\wspwsp.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.

What exactly does this mean? Whenever I click ‘ok’ it will keep coming up!
