DLL initialization failed

On my NT 4 Server I get error messages of DLL initialization failed with the imagehlp.dll and user32.dll files followed by out of virtual memory. After clicking on OK nothing else happens. There is nothing that happens after that. I get a blank desktop with no icons. I’ve tried restarting but no luck. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone please help me out? I would really appreciate it
