DLL not getting initialized

We installed a software for network messgaing. its wrking fine on the clients but on server its showing the dll not found at some location.

then we added the required file but now the error msgs came as dll file not initialized in C:\winnt\system32 and program is terminated abnormally.

how to initialize the file to make the software work.
