DNS and Weird icon

Hello all,

I have 2 questions that are puzzling me,

1. Is it possible to setup a backup domain controller to backup WINS, DHCP and DNS? Do the WINS and DNS have databases can be replicated. Not sure about DHCP. I am running NT 4 with service pack 5 installed.

2. In the DHCP manager, when I look at the IP addresses in the active leases, there are icons of computers in the list with IP addresses assoicated with them. Most of our laptop users have a little yellow telephone icon on top of the computer. What does that icon mean? Sometimes these laptop users have several IP’s but after pinging them, they are not in use. Whats the deal with that? Anyone know? please help…thanks
