DNS Entry w/ IP + Port

I am currently my own dns server and would like to add entry to forward a user to a specific port on my website. For example if I own the domain domain.com, and when someone types in web.domain.com they get to 168.10.10.10:5400. I tried adding a host entry, but thats only has entries for an ip address not port. Any help is appriciated.
