Dns experts please

I have built a terminal server, but I am not to familiar with DNS, and I need help. Here is the facts.
Windows 2000 SP3, Exchange 2000, Terminal services. I have a valid IP address from the ISP, and everything is working fine, except when I try toadd a Windows 2000 Pro to the domain I get network path not found error, I can add 98. ME., and Xp. I can go through network neighborhood and see all the shares without a problem, I have re formatted the workstation and treid to join, Will join a NTdomain. And I beleive it is the DNS is the problem, here is what the event error is stating below since I am limited to 194 chracters here.

I do have 2, nics in the machine with differant Ip schemes, one is 10.0.0. and the other is 63.90.0 schemes.
