DNS FORWARDERS

by jonathan.gray . Updated 23 years, 4 months ago

I have just set up and installed the dns service on a Windows 2000 server,
DNS is to be primarilly used to conect to a remote client access server, which im pleased to say it does, but only when i have enabled forwarders. As i want the ip address resolved locally this is not ideal i have checked the cache log and all requestes are being cached locally, but when i remove the forward ip address i cannot conect.

Anyone any idea’s

Thks

Jonathan
