DNS Help!

I have an ISP’s IP address range from UUNet together with their gateway and their DNS. I try to setup a firewall that I can browse the internet from the inside (the LAN). Can someone show me how to resolve DNS by using winnt. I already register my domain with internic.
Can you show me step by step how to do it?
I would appreaciate a lot.
