DNS on Win2K Server in NT 4.0 Domain

I will be setting up a Windows NT 4.0 domain with a PDC and BDC. There will also be two Windows 2000 member servers (no 2000 Domain controllers). One of the 2000 Servers will have Exchange 5.5, the other will be a file share server. Eventually SMS 2.0 will be brought in. All clients will be NT 4.0. Does anyone know of any problems installing DNS, WINS, and DHCP on one of the 2000 servers in this environment. Eventually this domain will be converted to 2000 – 6 months or so.
