DNS proxy agent

There is an error in System Log of Event Viewver
“The DNS proxy agent was unable to bind to the IP address 192.168.1.2”

I have standalone W2K Advance with dial-up connection to ISP.

The addtess 192.168.1.2 is address my NIC.

Anybody have experience in this field?
