DNS Records

Which record or how can I resolve a domain name to another domain? For example: Say I have (domain.com) resolving to 10.1.1.1. Then I create a sub web (domain.com/website.)I then purchase another domain name of website.com and I would like it to resolve to (domain.com/website) instead of 10.1.1.1. How can I do this in NT 4.0 DNS Server? Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
