DNS Server error 7053

I’m still having trouble with the DNS 7053 error message even after trying the MS hotfix, re-installing sp6a, uninstalling sp6a, which leaves sp6, and no way to uninstall sp6, and trying other suggestions. Getting very frustrated. Does anyone have further ideas???
