dns setup help

Hi guys, need help. Example – 2 servers, both win2000, an active directory domain server and a DNS server
Active dir is (Server1) a web server and (server2) a DNS server
Ip of server1 is 123.456.789.202 and the server 2 is 123.456.789.203 gw is 123.456.789.1 the server1 dns points to server2 which is the registered dns server. Domain is domain1 and server2 is a BC
How do I Get server2 to point to server1 when a Internet url is typed in. Both machines have true IP address’s and can ping both from anywhere. And I have no clue how to do this. I set one up with a NT 4.0 Dns server but, cannot grasp the 2000 dns. When I type in the IP address of Server1, I can bring up the Web page, But when I type in www.example.com , I get notta Help
