DNS Slave

I am constructing a parrallel domain to mine and I would like for the admin of that domain to be able to make entries via DNS manager.

I want the entries then forwarded (placed into) my DNS manager’s Primary and Secondary zones. This would mean any DNS entries made in the parrallel domain would be populated to the Master domain. I want the parallel domain to also see all if its own DNS entries made to the Primary domain.

Am I asking too much of Windows DNS services?
