DNS troubles

I am trying to set up an intranet/internet DNS on a NT server. I am used to setting the DNS on a Linux machine and have successfully been able to resolve internet addresses. However, on the NT box, I am unsuccessful at resolving internet names, if someone could help me that would be great. I am booting off of the registry, and have set up the internal addresses, and cannot figure where the internet nameservers are supposed to reside. Thanks Greatly.
