Do I need W32Time for my win2k clients ?

I’m getting a w32time error on a couple of my Win2000 clients, description in event viewer “not found a doamin controller to synchronize with for a long time, execute “w32tm /s” from command line
? Do I need and how to install W32Time on my NT Domain ?
