Document sharing on dual boot machine

Any organizing procedures from you all on ‘My Document’ folder differences between WinMe and WinXP? I have to keep my dual boot set up for what looks like a couple of years to do help desk. I have place the doc folders on partition 3 (FAT32) for sharing between systems.
