Documents on DC principal/secondary

On a net there are two Windows 2000 Servers, domain controllers, one the principal, and the other secondary.
The users/passwords/profiles are duplicated, and if the principal is off, the secondary works OK.
The users on the clients (Windows 2000 Pro) have the “My documents” folder on the principal server.
It’s possible to duplicate on the secondary DC the files? I want the copy is syncronized automatically, and if the principal server is Off the user can access to files on secondary server. Then, when the principal go on, the files must be replicated.
What is the path to make that? It’s possible with Windows 2000 Server? I need some stuff more?
