Documents to be followed in OO project

I’m trying to develop an object oriented project. Manly working on analysis part of it. While doing the project design, I need some standard documentation to be maintained.

I’m looking for some good documentation templates issentially useful foran object oriented development. For example the format of the high level design documnet, detailed design document tempalte, SRS template etc.
