Does Windows Media Player come with W2k

My co-workers and I are having a debate… I say Windows 2k Pro comes with Windows Media Player. I thought, when installing W2k that you choose that option under Accessories. My coworkers say no, that it has to be downloaded. Really need to know if it does and where I can find that documented. I dug around Microsoft?s website with no luck. (Big surprise) Thanks!
