Domain Access Time

I am running Windows NT Server 4.0 and we are trying to increase security on both workstation and servers. Each department has decided on the hours of operation but I have to load a program on each system and set up a Scheduled Task to run that timeto LogOff the User on that machine. What I would like to know is Can you set up the server in synch with the Users Access Time to LogOff the User from their workstation and the network when they reach the Access Time Restriction. Or Can you set up aCMD File to run insynch with the Users Access Time Restrictions.
