Domain in a Domain

I am setting up a 2000 server with 2000 Exchange for testing purposed only. I want to set it up so some of the IS team can log-in to this test domain and send test messages and work with 2000 exchange to get a good feel for it. What is the easiest way to accomplish this without messing up my exsiting NT 4.0 network.
