Domino Server and Netshield conflicts

I have a client running Domino Server 4.5 and McAfee Netshield on an NT 4.0 machine. The machine has been causing the processor to run at 100%. We have narrowed the problem down to domino server, and it appears Netshield is interfering with it. Any suggestions?
