Dos apps in Win2k

In Windows 2000, when you have 2 command prompt windows open, the active window runs, and the inactive window suspends. Is there a way to have both windows running at the same time? In 98, you could uncheck the Suspend box, but I cant find this option anywhere on a 2000 machine. Thanks for any suggestions.
