Upon trying to do a WIN98 copy and install from the HDD I discovered that my knowledgs of DOS is still probably 1% (on the high side) no matter how much I mess with it. I copied the WIN 98 files and Setup.exe to my HDD. My install of 98 & 98SE went without a glitch. However I’m still unable to copy the TOOLS & DRIVERS directories to the HDD. I’ve followed every scenario in the DOS 6.22 book by QUE to the letter. In reading I find that XCOPY is used to copy entire directories with their sub-directories. Once again all parameters were followed exactly. Switches E & S didn’t help either.
As in DOS. /?
Many thanks
