DOS Print

I need to print a file directly in Win 98. I was testing on a Win 2000 machine and had no problem using the old DOS Print command from the RUN prompt. I was surprised to find out it’s not on our Win 98 and 95 machines. Can’t I use Print in Win 95/98?
