Dos program requires SHARE

I need to run an old Dos based database. I’d like to run it on the WINNT 4.0 box.

When I try to run it at a dos prompt on a Win98 box, it says that it requires SHARE to be running.

Anyway to run this program on a windows box, especially an NT box?
