DOS programs on a Xeon processor

We need a program to reduce the keyboard pulling of a DOS program in a Win2K Server environment. We have used one called Tamer in the past, but never with a Xeon processor, and there seems to be some kind of problem between Tamer and the Xeon. Any suggestions, or does anyone know what the problem between them might be?
